With 11 years of customer service experience, she brings warmth, kindness and a genuine passion for helping others to our team. She manages the checkout process, including the sometimes daunting task of collecting payments, while ensuring your visit ends on a positive note. When Melissa asks how your appointment went, it’s because she genuinely wants to know!
